No executive will be approached in any organization which is or has been a client within the past year without your approval
Reference checking will not be conducted without the knowledge & agreement of the candidate
All candidates will be presented with their knowledge and approval
Candidates will be continually informed of their status throughout the search
The results will be reported in full to the client
An executive will never be presented to more than one client at a time
Our work will not be disclosed to other parts of the company
